In Australia, I further advanced my qualifications with international certifications including Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Coach Nutrition, and Sport Remedial Massage.

First, we identify your goals to adapt the best training approach and ensure you achieve results in a simple and effective way. The process begins with a consultation via WhatsApp, message, or call where I determine the most suitable plan for your needs. From there, I create your fully personalized training schedule.
Your training plan is structured over four weeks and delivered through my app. Within the platform, you’ll find your complete program including strength training and cardio sessions. I monitor your progress daily through the app, and you can message me anytime you need support.
The app also provides instructional videos for every exercise to help you perform movements correctly. If any questions arise, I am available to adjust and guide your training in real time.
Throughout the journey, we continuously assess your results. Adding progress photos to the app helps compare physical changes week by week. If available, I recommend a body scan to track body fat percentage, muscle mass, and water levels. We also monitor weight to ensure all variables progress as planned.
Over the four weeks, I track your load progression, performance, and results through daily check-ins in the app. At the end of the cycle, we conduct a final evaluation to analyze your progress and plan the best strategy for the next phase.

To make my service easy to understand and the process even simpler, I created a single monthly plan. Clients pay a fixed monthly fee and receive everything needed to reach their goals safely and effectively. After the first month, you’re free to renew if you wish.
This monthly plan includes personalized and individual training structured over four weeks with full access to my app. Inside the app, you’ll find your complete exercise program, instructional videos, daily support via messages, and direct interaction with me.
